What does Heronys do?

Heronys replaces paper valet tickets and disconnected parking systems with one platform: NFC arrival, ANPR vehicle recognition, SMS valet dispatch and Apple Wallet retrieval, run from a single live operations dashboard.

The platform runs valet, self-parking and vehicle management as one connected operation — not three separate systems bolted together — for hotels, malls, corporate towers, government facilities, events and residential destinations across Qatar.

Built in Doha, for Qatar

Heronys is designed, built and supported from Doha. Its parking management platform is live today across more than three government entities in Qatar, handling real vehicle flow — not a demo environment.

The valet experience — NFC arrival, SMS dispatch, Apple Wallet retrieval — is fully built and proven, and is now moving into hotel deployments.

Heronys is built and operated by Hirodots, a Doha-based technology company. Hirodots' partners include government and private-sector organisations in Qatar — the same relationships that put Heronys' valet and parking technology to work in demanding, real-world operations.

Certified to international standards

Heronys holds five ISO management-system certifications, issued in October 2025 by International Certification Authority (ICA): ISO 9001 for quality, ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, ISO/IEC 27018 for personal data in the cloud, ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy and ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management — the standards a government facility or hotel group checks before letting a platform read number plates and hold guest data.
